Terms & Conditions
- Please do not collude with players you know at the same table. Other players can inform us about possible collusion at tables. Furthermore, we consider the act of using the same IP, or playing from the same location, to play games at the same table as an act of collusion. Regardless of what your justification may be, participating in the act of collusion will result in the confiscation of your entire balance without warning.
- Please do not participate in the act of bum hunting. Like collusion, KingShark regards bum hunting as a serious violation of its rules. In general, players are expected to be seated with the purpose of playing.
- During a security investigation, please follow the guidelines provided by KingShark security with due diligence and sincerity.
- KingShark reserves the right to modify or suspend any promotion at any time. We reserve the right to change details of promotion at any time without notification
Applicability of Agreements
By acknowledging that you have read these agreements when you register to join and/or by clicking on ‘I Agree’ button, you agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions of KingShark poker, and you acknowledge that your failure to comply with these agreements may result in disqualification, the closure of your account, forfeiture of funds. Underage gambling is an offence. You may only use our facilities if you are 18 years of age or over (or such other higher minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). Minors are strictly prohibited from playing at KingShark and those found accessing KingShark will be permanently banned. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from you and your Account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

Account / Registration / Password
You can open an account with us by choosing a unique account name and password and entering other information that we ask for on our registration form such as (first and surname, email, gender, birth date and telephone number). You shall ensure that the details provided at registration and thereafter are accurate and kept up to date. After opening an account, you can contact KingShark customer support if you need to edit your personal information. Please do not use simple password, for more security you can use two-factor authentication. The KingShark team will never ask for your password to help you. If anyone asked you for your password by using our name in any way, ignore it and report it to our support immediately. You agree to keep Your account information secret and confidential and to not allow anyone else to use or have access to it. Anyone who enters with Your account name and password, Will be recognized as account holder from us, and all the transactions will be considered valid, KingShark will not accept any liability for your losses resulting from any unauthorized use or misuse of your login information. If you have lost your account name or password, please contact us immediately for a replacement. If you lose your account name or password for any reason other than our system error, you are responsible for it and we will not accept any liability.
Deposit and Withdrawal
If you open an account directly and without any Agent, you can make a deposit or withdrawal into your account by using only one option. Note that with your first deposit, this deposit and withdrawal method will be registered for you and other deposit and withdrawal methods will be disabled for you and if you need to change it, you can ask the Kingshark Support Team for help. The daily limit for withdrawal is maximum $2000, and you will only receive from whatever deposit method you choose.
Inter-account Transfer Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to all chip transfers between internal accounts, by transferring or receiving chips, you agree to be bound to the following criteria:
- All transferred money (chips), in the destination account should be played completely and pay 3% rake of all transferred chips in order to withdraw it.
- Once you request to transfer funds to another player’s account, we will not be responsible for it and will not transfer money back to your account.
- In case of any chip being transferred between players for any misuse, KingShark reserves the right to block the account of both parties with all inventory.
- The minimum and maximum amount can be transferred daily is $10 up to $500. In case of raising transfer chips, you can ask from the support team.
First Deposit Bonus
If it is your first deposit on KingShark directly, you can have 100% first deposit bonus up to $100 as bonus. To release the first deposit bonus, you release $1 for earning each 10 status points. Also, the minimum amount of first deposit bonus is $10 up to a maximum $100.
The balance you see on the Kingshark website is as follows:
- USD: Amount of dollars withdrawn. For tournaments and cash-games.
- $T (tournament money): The amount of money you can use to pay for tournament entries, which you get as a prize from the monthly tournament competition table or if you win second, third, etc. tickets at satellite tournaments and if you need, you can convert the Tournament money into cash by paying 5% commission.
- Gift Point: Can be used for KingShark facilities (to find out more details please visit Loyalty Program section)
- Status Point: Can be used to maintain a loyalty program level (to find out more details please visit Loyalty Program section)
True Identity and Only one Account
The name on your account must match your true and legal name and identity and the name on your account registration must match the name on the credit card(s) or other payment accounts used to deposit or receive money into your account. To verify your identity, we reserve the right to request satisfactory proof of identity (including valid passport, valid identity card from the country of residence and/or any payment cards used etc.). Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and we may withhold the account balance in your account until you supply such documentation and our verification process is completed satisfactorily. You may not hold more than one (1) Account in connection with your use of the platforms. If you have more than one (1) Account or Accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your accounts managed and make sure that you only have one (1) Account.
Our system is capable of recording different unique identifiers in order to guarantee fair-play and avoid any fraudulent activity; In addition to our sophisticated system, we also have a dedicated security team which is tasked to detect and track down any suspicious activity within our platform, this way we ensure King Shark Poker’s users safety. In case the system detects any duplicate or suspicious records regarding your IP address, UDID, Session location, played hands, etc, King Shark Poker reserves the right to ban your account and requests for additional info which means you have to go through a special re-verification procedure. In case you fail to comply or provide the requested assets in the given time, your account will be banned permanently and you will receive disclosed information about it.We reserve the right to close your account(s) if you open multiple accounts. Should we have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud us, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempt.
We take Responsible Gaming seriously. If you have been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or you are undergoing treatment for a gambling disorder, you are not allowed to use our Facilities. If you feel you have lost or may lose control over your gambling or gambling expenses or feel at risk of losing control, you must notify us immediately.
KingShark allows players to play at multiple tables or in multiple games simultaneously; the maximum number of tables that a player can participate at or games that a player can participate in is limited by the KingShark software they are using (such as desktop-based, mobile device-based, internet browser-based, etc.)
Cash Table Policy
A player joining a KingShark cash table is usually required to pay an initial fee, equal to that table’s lower limit stake or small blind. This initial fee follows the same rules as the blind bets (initial mandatory bets, typically placed in the pot by the first two players to the left of the dealer in games of Hold’em and Omaha poker) and allows the new player to sit-in at the table and joins the game. Players sometimes have the option of “sitting-out” and “waiting for the big blind” before beginning to play.\n" + Posting an initial fee ensures fairness to all players, by preventing players from gaining an undue advantage over others by entering a poker game in a “Late Position” in order to avoid placing blind bets.\n" + A Player who leaves the table, cannot play at the same table with less than his stack he left with until two hours. He can sit with a minimum buy-in amount after two hours.\n" + If a player at the cash table loses his/her internet connection, KingShark accepts NO responsibility, but if the server errors on our behalf, in each part of the action the gambling game is canceled and the sum of the pot is referenced to the players involved in that pot.
Missed Blind Bets Policy
A player may choose to temporarily sit-out from a poker table; if the table is a cash-game table (as opposed to a tournament table, at which the player typically will have paid a set buy-in amount in order to join), the player may need to post additional fees in order to rejoin the action:
- If, while sitting-out, the player misses their turn to place the small blind, upon re-sitting that player will be required to post a set amount. This post is considered a “live (active) bet” and is equal to the big blind.
- If, while sitting-out, the player misses their turn to place both the small blind and the big blind, upon re-sitting that player will be required to post a set amount. This post consists of a live bet, equal to the big blind, plus an additional “dead (non-active) bet”, equal to the small blind, which is added directly to the pot.
Play Time Limit Policy
To ensure a fair and enjoyable playing experience, KingShark players must act within a reasonable time limit that varies per table, per game variant and/or per game stage (i.e. the length of time that has elapsed in a given tournaments, etc..). Depending on the software used, the time bank will be visually displayed and will ‘count down’ while being accessed. The time bank gives players extra time to complete their actions, and those who fail to act before the time bank is exhausted will automatically fold their hand.
Poker Rake and Fees Policy
As game host, KingShark applies a commission charge (often known as “rake”) to each pot at cash game tables. To find out more details on the rake collected at KingShark, please visit our Rake and Rake Back section of the KingShark website. In tournaments, KingShark does not levy rake, but typically collects a tournament fee instead. The amount is often a set percentage of the tournament buy-in, and will be detailed in the tournament lobby for each event.
All tournaments will begin promptly at the scheduled time stated in the tournament lobby. KingShark reserves the right to delay or cancel any tournament without prior notice. The minimum number of players to start a tournament is 14 users, and if players don't reach the quota, the tournament is automatically canceled. Seats are assigned to players at random. Prizes are awarded as stated in the tournament lobby, except when a deal is made or the tournament is cancelled. The prize structure used in any given tournament depends on several factors including the number of entrants and the number of players per table. The prizes awarded in any given tournament are not finalized until registration has closed and the rebuy and/or add-on period is over. Late registration is available in most tournaments. The length of the late registration period varies, but will always be shown in the tournament lobby. Most KingShark tournaments allow players to un-register until a few minutes before the event begins. The exact time at which un-registration closes may vary from event to event. Registration and un-registration times may vary between tournaments of different types. Not all tournaments allow un-registration, and some tournaments do not allow players to un-register if they won their way in via satellite or giveaway tournaments. KingShark reserves the right to alter registration and un-registration times without prior notice.
Tournament Elimination Policy
Most tournaments end when a single player accumulates all of the chips in play, and in some tournaments, when all remaining players will receive the same prize (for example, if a satellite tournament awards 5 identical prizes, the tournament may end when there are 5 players left). If two or more players are eliminated on the same hand, the player with more chips at the start of that hand finishes ahead of the player(s) with fewer chips. As players are eliminated from KingShark tournaments, the software will “break” tables to fill available empty seats. Players are reseated randomly and may result in a player having to post multiple big blinds in a row. On occasion, the KingShark software may balance tables to ensure all tables have an equal (or as close to equal as possible) number of active players. Players moved to balance tables will, whenever possible, be moved to similar positions relative to the blinds.
Tournament Break Policy / Internet Disconnects Policy / System Error Policy
Details about each tournament’s breaks are listed in that tournament’s lobby. King Sharks encourage players to keep themselves informed of the breaks in each tournament they play to make playing space easier. Tournament Disconnects and Sitting Out Policy By participating in a tournament, KingShark players accept the risk of internet disconnection, due to problems with the connection between their device(s) and the servers, lag or freeze or some other problem in the player’s device(s) or how that device accesses the internet. KingShark does not accept any responsibility for a player disconnect except in the case of a server crash. While each user is responsible for his or her own internet connection, we make an effort to protect players who are disconnected during the final stages of a real-money tournament, by allowing extra time to reconnect. If a player times out during a hand, whether connected or disconnected, his or her hand will be folded if facing action or may be checked if facing no action. If a player is not connected before a hand starts, he or she will be dealt cards, and a blind and/or ante will be posted. There is no rule against a single player choosing to sit out; the player doing so will continue to have blinds and antes posted and cards dealt. Two or more players may not make any agreement to sit out simultaneously, whether at the same table or different tables; such actions may fall under KingShark’s collusion policy. In the case of server crash we complete the tournament and distribute prizes based on the players chip stack
Tournament Prize Award Policy
KingShark reserves the right (at any time) to modify the prizes awarded in any given tournament. Please Note that players will not receive fractions of a cent. In all instances where a player’s winnings include a fraction of a cent, KingShark will round down such player’s winnings to the nearest cent. So, for example if you win $4.094, you will receive $4.09.
